اليومين اللى فاتو كان فى أكتر من خبر عن تعذيب الشغالات.. واحدة منهم شغالة إندونسية إغتصبها 46 سعودى فى ليلة واحدة..
فى الزمان دا يا هانى.. من حقنا نطلب بالرفق بالإنسان.. مادم إنه أصبح بالإستحالة دى فى تحقيقه..

But the word "Rejected by GVO" makes me feel alittle bit awkward. Something doesn't feel good about it.. They haven't entirely and explicitly "rejected it".. and at the same time.. if you don't agree with the content, then why bother .. Nawara already wrote about it in her blog..
I mean.. it just reminds me of a "scoop" or "exclusive" on TV.. without .. mm.. without a real add.. you got me?
I understand your point of view, and totally with your side.. except well.. I don't know how to describe it.. but, lets say.. except showing our inner talk to the public without a clear statement from their side.. or even asking for a clear statement for future reference.. (ie.. without using this case effectively for future topics)
Because well.. if this is an act of censoring -which most probably is the cause-, we, as authors, need to have a clear set of rules .. and whether we'd accept it .. or not..

I was talking to Amira this morning ya Marwa, and she told me GVO didnt give a final decision yet.
I haven't experienced censorship there before. And I believe you too..
And asking to modify something to be more balanced, won't harm.. so I guess..
GVO is relatively new community, and rules are adopted as we go on by.
Yeah, there was the Razan's issue.. but still Razan did a hasty reaction.. and I'm sorry to say , but may be you too did the same. It's your right to write whatever you want.. it's truely your every right. And till now, you are doing it perfectly on GVO.. however.. I think its still their right to decide the final output they want to have for their website.. and as long as we agreed to join under "their" management..
Plus, they didnt close the negotiation doors yet.. so why spread it out keda ya Marwa :( .. GVO is a place I -personally- feel grateful to teaching me.. as well as allowing me to amplify our voices to the world.. :( .. and you could have asked an open discussion between MENA authors community on the list.. and at least you'd have led a new set of rules for future reference..

اه برضو أصروا يفتحوا علبة نضارة الشمس مع صاحبتى.. وشنطتى فتشتها حتة حتة.. ولإنها شنطة كبيرة وفيها الدولاب، الست قعدت ساعة تفتش فيها.. وفى الآخر قالت لى "شنطتك غويضة قوى كدة ليه؟"
بس زى غادة.. الست قرأت كام ورقة معايا.. بصراحة دى أول مرة تحصل.. طول عمرهم بيفتحوا السستة ويقفلوها وخلاص من غير تفتيش بجد

بس أنا متعلمتش حب العربى فى الدراسة أصلا.. وإن كنت شوية بحاول أتدارك أخطائى فى الماضى.. فغيرى .. وأقدر أقول لهم، مش مهتمين لا بثقافة ولا بلغة ولا بآداب وأخلاق..

كله بيعبر بشكل أو بآخر عن الجيل المهبب اللى ظهر نتيجة الثانوية العامة والتحسين... كله يعبر عن تشتت فكرى وإنعدام ثقافى وإضمحلال فى اصول اللباقة والكياسة فى الحوار
لا ستات ولا رجالة..
وإن كان عجبك حد فيهم فدا مش عشان هو كفؤ.. لكن عشان أحسن الوحشين
فين أيام نادية صالح وآمال فهمى وليلى رستم وسلوى حجازى..
بالظبط زى ما ح قول لك فين أيام طه حسين وتوفيق الحكيم وعبد الحليم عبد الله..
الفكر والثقافة تدهوروا.. وماتقدرش تفصل ستات عن رجالة!
